Refund / Replacement Policy
At SHOP ABC , customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns / refund we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
Replaced/exchanged products will be delivered within 8-10 days
Conditions for Replacement
To ensure a smooth replacement process, we kindly request you to adhere to the following guidelines:

Proof of Damage or Incorrect Product:
- Please provide a clear unboxing video and photographs that clearly show the condition of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. This helps us verify the issue and process your request efficiently.

Timely Reporting:
- All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests made beyond this time frame.

Product Condition:
- The product must remain unused and in the same condition as it was delivered, along with its original packaging and tags.
How to Request a Replacement
If you meet the above conditions and wish to request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at letsmailshopabc@gmail.com with the subject line "Replacement Request."
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name and order number.
- Unboxing video and photos of the product highlighting the issue.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions. If your request is approved, we will guide you on how to proceed with the replacement.
Additional Notes
- Replacement requests will not be accepted if the required unboxing video and photographs are not provided.
- We regret that we cannot replace items that are on sale, customized or personalized products, or gift cards.
- If you receive an incorrect product, we will ensure it is replaced promptly once the issue is verified.
